The versatility of Caremoli products

The highly pure psyllium husk powder Carepsyllium is a natural and versatile dietary fiber with an excellent nutritional profile and unique water-binding properties. The psyllium is harvested and processed in India, with final analysis carried out in Italy and Germany. 

The product is available with a purity level of 95% to 99%, is pH stable and GMO-free (free of genetically modified organisms). It is also available in organic quality and is certified kosher and halal. 

Psyllium husk is also often used in dietary supplements and foods to increase fiber intake and improve gut health. 

CareProtein is a product line from Caremoli that consists of highly pure vegetable proteins. These are obtained from non-genetically modified raw materials such as peas and rice. Careguar guar gum is an efficient thickening agent obtained from the endosperm of the guar bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). It is also available in certified organic quality and comes mainly from India and Pakistan.

With a low usage concentration of only 0.2–2.0%, Careguar offers high cost-effectiveness combined with excellent performance. It is cold water soluble, exhibits rapid hydration behavior, and achieves viscosity values of 3000–6000 cps. The available mesh size (100–200) allows precise adaptation to different process requirements.

Careguar is particularly suitable for the production of gluten-free baked goods, dressings & sauces, dairy products & cream cheese, ice cream, and fresh pasta. It improves texture, extends shelf life, and ensures a pleasant mouthfeel.
