Looking for oils and fats for plant-based dairy alternatives?

Demand for plant-based dairy  alternatives is growing steadily. Plant-based fats for use in vegan cheese alternatives:

AkoPlanet PBC 109-60 (Shea) is particularly suitable for sliced cheese varieties such as Gouda or Cheddar. It provides a creamy texture, promotes optimal flavor release, and gives the product greater elasticity—for better sliceability.

AkoPlanet PBC 110-44 (Coconut, Shea) is frequently used for vegan feta alternatives. It reduces brittleness while maintaining the typical crumbly texture.

 

AkoPlanet PBC 111-60 (coconut) is ideal for grated cheese alternatives, such as pizza toppings. It improves melting properties and ensures an appealing browning.

Plant-based fats for toppings – vegan alternatives to whipped cream:

Akotop P38 (Palm) is an excellent substitute for milk fat. Compared to traditional whipping cream, it achieves a higher whipping volume and a particularly stable foam structure. 

 

Akotop CO29 (Coconut, Rapeseed) stands out for its rapid crystallization and excellent whipping properties—ideal for applications in confectionery production.
