New ProDry varieties: Fiery & unforgettable

The “next-level spicy” flavor trend will shape the culinary year 2025. Consumers want more than just heat; they want complex flavor compositions in which fiery notes harmonize with sweet, umami, or sour components.

With the new ProDry Chipotle Puree Powder and ProDry Aged Red Jalapeño Sauce Powder products, Nordmann partner Ohly is expanding its range with two innovative hot sauce powders that perfectly serve this trend. They complement the existing selection of Louisiana Hot Sauce, Cayenne Pepper Sauce, classic yellow mustard, and salad mustard.
