AAK & Nordmann: New savory power

Since the beginning of this year, AAK has been Nordmann's new partner in the food sector – and a strong addition to the savory portfolio. AAK is excellently positioned in the market and offers plant-based fats and oils as well as functional solutions that specifically optimize texture, taste, stability, and processing.

The following product lines demonstrate the diversity of the portfolio:

Frying fats

Fritex® and Akosnac® impress with their high thermal stability, long service life, and even browning. Often based on high-oleic oils, they ensure consistently high product quality—ideal for snacks, meat, fish, vegetables, or popcorn.

Functional oil and fat solutions

With Akomarin®, AAK offers high-performance solutions for marinades that enable even spice distribution, better adhesion, and intense flavor. They give meat, fish, plant-based alternatives, potatoes and vegetables juiciness, shine, and sensory differentiation.

Fat powders

Akofine® fat powders do not require any carriers and are suitable for applications such as soups, sauces, seasoning mixes, bouillon cubes, dry mixes, fillings, nut butters, or liquid margarine.
