The new laboratory in Poland is already Nordmann's fourth cosmetics laboratory after Germany, Italy and Nordic. This reflects the importance that the international chemical distributor Nordmann attaches to research and development. In line with its slogan “Knowledge in action”, it sees the future in knowledge, innovation and a wealth of new ideas.

Mariusz Serafinski, Managing Director of Nordmann Poland, explains: “We are very pleased about the opening of the new application laboratory. This is an important step in the right direction and offers our business partners special added value. Many thanks to our employees Małgorzata Żuraw and Maria Man, Technical Sales & Product Manager and Joanna Kumek, Business Unit Manager Personal Care, HI&I at Nordmann Poland, who have made all the important preparations for the opening and will fill the new laboratory with life. We keep an eye on current trends and challenges in the formulations that we develop in our laboratory. In particular, topics such as naturalness, sustainability & environmentally friendly packaging, innovative skin and hair care and many others are currently occupying the industry." He adds: “The laboratory also enables our colleagues from the cosmetics team to deepen their product knowledge thanks to the practical possibilities in the application laboratory. The room is equipped with all the necessary equipment to develop innovative cosmetic formulations."

During the opening, the invited guests had the opportunity to test five new formulations, including a cream, a serum and a foundation. There was also an interesting presentation on the production of an anti-ageing cream with Eterwell Youth and Pepha Tight CB.
