European Personal Care and HI&I sales meeting in Hamburg

The meeting was also an ideal opportunity for the colleagues from the new Italian subsidiary SD Chemicals S.r.l. (successfully acquired this past January) to get to know everyone and integrate themselves into the team.

Over the course of the two-day meeting, a variety of topics were covered – from success stories to the Personal Care team’s strategies and Euromonitor International research. Most important, of course, were the discussions on partnerships with key suppliers that addressed goals, synergies, areas of potential, projects, etc. There was an update from the HSEQ team and a presentation from the Nordmann Lab on the latest formulations and marketing insights. Also, the meeting attendees took part in two workshops: one about Nordmann’s four Personal Care laboratories and future partnerships, expectations and requirements, and the other on how to manage and optimize internal communication about key suppliers. The discussions around each of the agenda items were very insightful and provided valuable information for everyone involved.

On the socializing side, the colleagues enjoyed a memorable evening together on the Elphi platform where they enjoyed drinks and a lot of laughter. This was followed by an informal dinner in the historic Deichstraße.

All of the Nordmann colleagues left the meeting feeling inspired, motivated and looking forward to the possibility of organizing similar meetings in the future.
