A welcome message from Martin Rathke

At the same time, we are in an important phase of transformation. Over the next twelve months, we will roll out a harmonized global system landscape, including SAP, a new CRM platform, and advanced BI solutions. This will create a strong digital backbone across Nordmann and enable us to serve you as our customers and partners with greater efficiency, transparency, and consistency worldwide. However, transformation is never only about systems. It is about how we work together, how we share knowledge, and how we continuously improve to better support your business. 

In parallel, we are consistently advancing our internationalization. Nordmann stands for a “global mindset with local touch.” We will further harmonize processes and structures where it creates real value, while at the same time preserving and strengthening our local expertise and entrepreneurship—continuing to act with a strong local presence and customer proximity. 

What I find especially inspiring is how this mindset is reflected across our business. We bring our ambition to life—from new product developments and application expertise to trusted, long-standing partnerships. Furthermore, we combine knowledge with practical solutions and a clear focus on creating value for our customers. 

For me personally, one thing matters most: building strong and trusting relationships. In a dynamic and sometimes uncertain environment, reliability, expertise, and close collaboration become even more important. I am convinced that our strength lies in working as one Nordmann team—across countries, across functions, and always in partnership with you.
