Molecular dispersion of TESPT in a thermoplastic carrier material
Due to the encapsulation, the thermoplastic carrier protects the TESPT from external influences and ensures a high stability
It contains neither mineral fillers nor carbon black (which could cause insufficient dispersion)
Improves the physical properties and acts as an adhesion promoter between rubber and silica (as well as other silica-containing fillers)
The ethanol produced during the reaction evaporates during the mixing process
A dosage of approx. 10% in relation to the amount of filler used is recommended
