NDI

NDI is an aromatic isocyanate for the production of high performance for industrial applications. The polyurethane elastomers, produced by the reaction of NDI and polyols and glycols, exhibit dynamic performance, high mechanical strength, excellent cut resistance and exceptional abrasion and temperature resistance. They combine the elasticity of an ether-based material with the toughness of an ester-based elastomer. With the addition of water, cellular systems (density: 300-900kg/m3) can be produced that offer excellent damping properties.
