Abyssinian oil with an extremely high level of unsaturated erucic acid. This fatty acid accounts for more than 50% of the total fatty acid content of Abyssinian oil. Erucic acid determines the beneficial properties of this oil in skin, hair and nail care. This oil shows high oxidation stability and is not sensitive to heating
