Nordmann and Evonik expand their successful partnership

Since the beginning of the year, the international chemical distributor Nordmann has been managing the German and Benelux distribution of Evonik Operations GmbH’s VISIOMER® HEMA-P product line for flame retardant applications.

Evonik is one of the world’s leading specialty chemicals companies and has been partnering successfully with Nordmann in the monomer sector ever since 1995. Now, Nordmann is expanding its portfolio to include Evonik’s reactive, halogen-free, transparent and liquid flame retardants.

Evonik’s VISIOMER® HEMA-P range includes both VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70M and VISIOMER® HEMA-P 100. VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70M is an easy-to-process 70% 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate in 30% methyl methacrylate. VISIOMER® HEMA-P100, on the other hand, is the pure and P-based active component with higher viscosity and exceptionally high phosphorous content.
