Nordmann Nordic: Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator (all ages, all genders)

To support our team at Nordmann Nordic, we are currently looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator for our office in Solna, Sweden.
Nordmann Nordic is a distributor of specialty chemicals to Nordic and Baltic manufacturers of cosmetics, laundry/cleaning products, paint, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. In Sweden we have over 22 employees, who work in bright and fine premises in Solna Strand near Stockholm.
Your tasks:
- Upload and maintain pricing data and freight information in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring its quality and integrity for quotations
- Calculate freight costs and obtain freight rates
- Serve as the primary operational contact for carriers and Nordmann Nordic’s two warehouses regarding transport and logistics matters
- Take responsibility for operational activities within Transport Management in SAP S/4HANA
- Monitor transport costs, delivery issues, and deviations
- Support Sales and Customer Service with pricing, freight, and transport-related matters
Your profile:
- Relevant experience in logistics, transport, order management, or supply chain operations
- Sound understanding of freight costs and transport arrangements
- Demonstrated ability to manage pricing, costs, and master data in a structured and accurate manner
- Strong systems proficiency; experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Transport Management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish
