Nordmann Hungary: Inside Sales & Customer Service (all ages, all genders)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Inside Sales & Customer Service professional to join our team in Budapest for Nordmann Hungary.
Your tasks:
- Manage administrative tasks in the SAP ERP system across sales support, order processing, delivery, and logistics
- Performing logistics tasks related to orders: collecting transport and forwarding quotations, optimizing logistics costs, preparing customs clearance instructions, and inventory management
- Supporting the sales team: handling sample orders, sourcing raw material prices, preparing and checking calculations, recording and sending quotations, preparing sales and other statistics and forwarding necessary documents
- Master data maintenance and recording all completed activities and logistics-related claims in the system
- Assisting the Managing Director with certain task like fleet management
- Actively participating in local procurement necessary for business operations (e.g., office supplies, promotional materials)
Your profile:
- 2 years of experience in logistics, ideally with experience in wholesale, foreign trade, or a similar industrial environment
- Higher education degree
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and a high degree of reliability
- Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian, other European language is a plus
