To support our Monomers team in Maidenbower, we are looking for a new

Senior Customer Service Representative  (w/m/d)

Your tasks

  • Supervise sales order processing for Monomer Business Units
  • Process customer sales orders and invoices; arrange deliveries and liaise with Operations Manager where needed
  • Ensure that individual team is adequately resourced and plan resources effectively
  • Maintain effective relationships with external service providers
  • Challenge current methods of service delivery, identify and recommend improvements
  • Work with stock controller to manage and maintain stock in accordance with Melrob stock policy
  • Manage sample process including sample stock and external service provider
  • Maintain sample report
  • Ensure team members understand customer needs and deliver expected outcomes
  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Monitor team performance, recommend areas for improvement. Conduct appraisals
  • Ensure non-conformances are raised and closed in accordance with Melrob ISO system
  • Attend and participate in regular business reviews
  • ISO 9001: 2008 –work within set guidelines and raise Non-Conformances when necessary

Your profile

  • Customer Service Representative experience gained from within a distribution organisation 
  • Effective and confident communicator with problem solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Exchequer/CRM or similar
